What were the goals of JanBask Training when it was weaved into a reality back then?
Mr. Tarun Arora: Let’s explain to you first how the idea of JanBask Training was enforced into reality. We were wanting to start an e-learning platform that could extend the professional skills/expertise to the students to working groups. We were focused on delivering the learnings that could help the college aspirants to professionals climb up in their careers. When we saw various overseas job markets having the certification for skill-based jobs as the key determinant for the hiring, we discovered an idea of lending the professionals certification-centric learning. That is how we discovered the need for competent certifications and got the idea to deliver the certifications-focused learnings along with skill-building for the job roles.
Our goals were clear and simple back then and are quite even same today:
To establish a one-hood training platform for everyone - where they are prepared for the leading certifications and are guided end-to-end about the particular skill-based job roles, its placement conditions, and a lot more.
To give quality yet affordable learnings to everyone.
To induce learnings around the foundational skills of the job market today and teach in a way where the nontechnical background is never a limitation.
To help with a training platform that upskills everyone in a matter of “just a few weeks”.
To have a platform that has a range of learning e-resources & materials, that are exciting and fun to learn from.
To deliver real-world projects based on learnings, with the practical implementation of every theory concept of every technology/skill.
To provide the students with a platform where they learn from scratch to advanced level of every skill.
To let students have the learnings from real-professionals of a particular technology, from the real-time industry.
To keep on teaching and adding the courses that are dominating and would help anyone bank on the growth-filled and heavily compensated job roles.
All in all, to build a platform, where students could come, discuss their career ambitions, get the exact help or learnings to back their career, and get the instant assistant to be a part of the dignified businesses/industries with a title of “certified” before their names. We have the same goals even today, it is just we keep on adding the constructive ways that could help meet these goals more effectively.
